RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

 

To start a return, email info@lustreandwren.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

As our jewellery ships from international fulfilment partners, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
